7u8 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming service provider that offers entertainment gaming facilities for players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to the website https://7u8.cam and all associated services.
1.1 Definitions

- You must use your own personal account — conducting transactions on behalf of or as a representative of another person is not permitted.
- You must ensure that using online gaming services is lawful from your location.
- If your account has previously been closed or you have been banned for any reason, you may not create a new account.
Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
When creating an account on 7u8, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, valid email address, mobile number and date of birth. The information provided at registration may be verified at a later stage.
3.2 Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, you must notify our support team immediately.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure a safe and transparent service, 7u8 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Documents such as a national identity card or passport may be requested. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
3.4 Updating Information
If any details on your account change, such as your mobile number or email address, you must notify us immediately. 7u8 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals on the 7u8 platform can be made easily using popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The detailed terms and conditions for transactions are given below.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
- Deposited funds must come from your own verified payment account.
- Deposits via third parties are not accepted.
- Your balance will be credited immediately after a successful deposit.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- KYC verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Bank transfers may take somewhat longer to process.
Note: If fraud or money laundering is suspected in any transaction, 7u8 reserves the right to place the transaction on hold and conduct an investigation. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Bonuses and Promotions
7u8 offers bonuses and promotional offers for new and regular players. The following terms and conditions apply to the use of these bonuses.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players will receive up to 150% on their first deposit, with a maximum bonus of ৳10,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳14,000 or more → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳24,000
The bonus amount will not exceed ৳10,000 under any circumstances.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳37,500 in wagers before withdrawing.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time.
- Not all games can be played with bonus funds — only specific games apply.
- If an attempt is made to obtain a bonus through fraud, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.4 VIP Cashback
7u8's VIP program has 5 tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Gaming Rules
Slot games, live casino, cricket betting and many other types of games are available on the 7u8 platform. The following rules must be followed when participating in all games.
- All game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
- If the internet connection is lost during a game, 7u8 ensures that any ongoing bets are settled correctly.
- If a live game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the amount wagered on that bet will be refunded.
- If you have an objection to the result of any game, you must notify us via live chat within 24 hours.
- The rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) also apply.
- For cricket and sports betting, if a match is cancelled, the amount for any suspended bets will be refunded.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the fairness and security of the platform. Violating these restrictions will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
7.1 Fraud and Deception
- Creating an account using a false identity or documents.
- Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
- Using bots or automated software to play games.
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors in a game for personal gain.
7.2 Financial Crimes
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
- Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
- Abusing chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment account.
7.3 Security Violations
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
- Using hacking, phishing or malware.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- DDoS or other cyber attacks against the platform.
7.4 Misconduct
- Harassing or insulting other users in live chat or during a game.
- Using obscene or threatening behavior toward platform staff.
- Intentionally disrupting the normal operation of a game.
- Attempting to damage the platform's reputation by spreading false information.
Account Suspension & Closure
7u8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances.
- Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to cooperate with identity verification or submission of false documents.
- In response to a directive from a legal authority or a court order.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
- When a user voluntarily requests the closure of their own account.
- For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, with prior notice.
Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned provided there is no criminal activity involved. The relevant balance may be temporarily held during an ongoing investigation.
Privacy & Data Protection
7u8 places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep all transactions and data transfers secure.
